  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order be processed? We move fast. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.

Will the jewelry tarnish or fade? We use high-quality materials such as 316L Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, and premium plating designed for longevity. To keep your "Untamed" glow, we recommend avoiding direct contact with heavy perfumes or chlorine.

Is your jewelry skin-friendly? Yes. All our pieces are lead and nickel-free, making them safe for sensitive skin.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to feel powerful in our jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if I received a damaged item? Our pieces are tough, but shipping can be rough. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@urbanuntamed.myshopify.com
 with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
